It was around the middle of the day. The rain drenched all in its path of sorrow and pain. Some couldn't see the suffering in the various shadings of grey. How the lights and darks mixed could resemble a soul of a girl who was broken, pained, and fearful. And how the drops of water were like the endless tears of those who had lost their hopes and dreams. The thunder was the sound of those falling to their knees as the very fabric of their will was torn to little bits, and the lightning was the sharp pang of reality coming into the minds of those. Reality plagued most in endless sorrow, and the girl was no exception. Ache rid her chest, a hand gripped tight to her shirt trying to claw it all away. Her life and reality she knew was being ripped apart.

In a tree, 3 meters from the ground sat a girl, lone an saddened. Tears glinted from her cheeks and fell down to the ground far below, splattering into small drops that scattered a wide range. Pain. Pain was all she knew in this moment in time. Unexpected, her parents after 21 years of marriage were divorcing. The brunette had no idea why. It was so sudden, had they planned this? Or did the follow a whim of feelings that told them so? Adults and their immature and inconsiderate minds, following and doing as they thought and felt, saying it was the right choice. But they were wrong, alway wrong. Her jaw clenched tight, teeth bearing. Tears continued down her reddened cheeks. Why was so weak to this? Why? Thats the question that fits this whole problem the girl was faced with. Her skinny, pale, flimsy body trembled. Silent sobs making their way through Emily. Everything was fine, they looked like they loved eachother more than this problem was revealing. It was exposing all the dark memories that was hidden deep beneath the surface of her parents' smile.  They probably thought tht not showing problems to her would make her happy, but a sudden burst of hate between her parents drove the girl beyond sadness.

Silence was her friend and her foe. Silence. It was an odd thing. It brought fear to some, drove them to insanity. But for others it was a bliss thing. A center to their sanity. A time to think out their problems and choices. Though it could also be a time for regret, heartache, just a plain negative moment in time. It took a few minutes, but the girl lost her self, terrible sobs ripped through her throat, her knees were drawn to her chest as he hugged them close. But her icy blue eyes held their dark and cold stare to the ground, not closing. Such a innocent childshould never be seen expressing so much pain.Te ruthless despair that borrowed into her mind, giving her horrible and terrible thoughts. Innocence and sadness never mixed well. It led some to do horrible, terrible things, and other to have a terrible unstable mind. Her thought flew by, confusing Emily even more.

Why? Why her? Why now?

...Why?

...Why.....

This reality was disgusting. Tormenting a young girl like that. She was to young, to innocent...But that didn't matter now. It was to late. The girl was lost, her old self discarded with her tears. All rational thought was no longer in her mind. Slowly she jumped down to the ground. Her eyes were hidden behind her long hair. But a stoic look could be made out on her face. With each step she took, a small smile formed on her lips would grew a bit more. It was sickly sweet. If her parents were going to be lying scum bags that would do this to their own child, her fraud smile might as well trick them as well....Trick them for what reason? Who knows....Why would one ever have to worry about an innocent girl?
My English drabble that took a horribly dark twist at the end-- I just-- This is what I get for listening to Punk Rock at the time of typing it-- God lord. XD I- I just--
